FMHelp is the primary tool for Staff and Faculty to request work performed on Campus. Requests pertaining to Campus, Housing and remote facilities owned and/or operated by the University can be submitted.


Typical service hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.


Requests for the following services should be submitted through FMHelp:

  • Building and equipment maintenance
  • Custodial Services
  • Key requests and locksmith service
  • Landscape/Grounds Maintenance
  • Mail shipping and receiving
  • Minor capital projects management
  • Recycling
  • Special event set up and support

FMHelp reviews and evaluates service requests to determine if submitted information is accurate. Staff may follow up on your request to ensure proper understanding of the total scope of work and priority of the request. After it Is reviewed and accepted, each request is added to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).


FMHelp coordinates with Superintendents, Facility Managers and Skilled Trades Technicians to complete requests. FMHelp also dispatches Skilled Trade Technicians in response to emergency calls and immediate service requests.
