Requests for the following services should be submitted via a work order:
- Building and Equipment Maintenance
- Custodial Services
- Key Requests and Locksmith Service
- Landscape/Grounds Maintenance
- Mail, Shipping and Receiving
- Minor Capital Projects Management
- Special Event Set Up and Support
FMHelp reviews and evaluates service requests to determine if submitted information is accurate. Staff may follow up on your request to ensure proper understanding of the total scope of work and priority of the request. After it Is reviewed and accepted, each request is added to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
FMHelp coordinates with Superintendents, Facility Managers and Skilled Trades Technicians to complete requests. We also dispatch Skilled Trade Technicians in response to emergency calls and immediate service requests.
