FMHelp
FMHelp reviews and evaluates service requests to ensure submitted information is accurate. Staff may follow up to clarify the scope of work and determine request priority.
FMHelp coordinates with Superintendents, Facility Managers, Campus Services staff, and Skilled Trades Technicians to schedule requests. FMHelp also dispatches Skilled Trades Technicians for emergency calls and urgent service needs.
