Mail Services

Mail Services operates in support of the University's mission of teaching, research and public service and is to be used for official University business. Mail Services provides delivery, collection and processing for all University mail including:

  • Delivering internal mail on Campus and to affiliated off-campus locations in accordance with U.S. Postal Service Express statutes and regulations applicable to the University
  • Receiving and delivering incoming and outgoing domestic and foreign mail
  • Regulations of postage meter machines, postal permit usages in accordance with U.S. Postal Service regulations and stamp purchases

Hours of operation

Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm  (except University holidays and closures)


  • Castle buildings 1200 and 1201
  • Downtown Campus Center
  • Promenade
  • Parcade
  • UC Merced Campus

Pickup and delivery times are posted at all mail stops. Mail picked up after 1:30pm will be processed and delivered the next business day.
