All work requests normally sent to FMHelp will need to be submitted to the Customer Service Center (CSC).
There are two ways to submit a request:
- You can submit an online request by clicking on “Submit a Work Request” above.
- Or you can call the Customer Service Center (CSC) at 855-234-0579, this is the only method by which to submit a service request by phone. The call center will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Neither the FMHelp email nor phone will be able to receive new work requests.
This website is designed to be a tool for you, the customer: to better understand the services available to you, provide an easier process for submitting a Work Request, and finding the right information for your project.
