FY27 Supporting Services Delivery Model Update

Facilities Management services including administrative support, custodial, grounds, maintenance services, and mail services will experience a reduction of service levels to accommodate operational and budget priorities.

Our commitment to providing a safe, reliable, and well-maintained campus remains unchanged. We encourage all campus partners to visit each supporting services webpage for more information regarding service updates, response expectations, and operational changes that may affect your department.

Thank you for your understanding and continued partnership as we work to responsibly steward campus resources while maintaining the highest level of safety and service possible.

This website is designed to be a tool for you, the customer, to better understand the services available, provide an easier process for submitting a Work Request, and find the correct information for your project.

Within Facilities Management, you will find information regarding EventsPhysical PlantCampus Services, and Facilities Advisories.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions that are not addressed here.

And as always, we are here to serve you!
