FMHelp reviews and evaluates service requests to determine if the submitted information is accurate. Staff may follow up on your request to ensure a proper understanding of the total scope of work and priority of the request.
FMHelp coordinates with Superintendents, Facility Managers, Campus Services Staff, and Skilled Trades Technicians to schedule requests. FMHelp also dispatches Skilled Trade Technicians to respond to emergency calls and immediate service requests.
