Ceiling tiles and T-bar ceilings in labs, restrooms, and all other common areas

Clean and maintain roofing systems

Performing minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and cement-pouring tasks

Stair treads

Soap, toilet paper, and towel dispensers

Window coverings and screens
